Mike Cozby is the man! My wife and I are first-time home-buyers and Mike was the perfect realtor for us: knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and kind. It all started last August when my wife and I traveled to Albuquerque to hunt for houses. We arrived with no realtor and an nebulous idea of what we wanted. Over several days we met with, toured houses with, and talked with several different realtors. We came away with us both agreeing that Mike was our man and a good idea of what part of the city we wanted to look at more closely.

Over the next several months while we were out of state, Mike Cozby was very responsive in answering our plethora of questions (everything from specific inspections to definitions of cryptic realtor terms). He always made sure to make himself available to us and our many questions. He also did a great job in keeping us up to date on the houses that were available that fit our criteria through MLS.

When we visited Albuquerque to house-shop in earnest, Mike met up with us again and spent a lot of time going through the list of houses we had assembled. One of the best thing Mike did for us while house hunting was scrutinize every house we entered, pointing out pros and cons but remaining impartial. When we found the house we loved, he started immediately in drafting the offer. By the end of the day our offer was accepted!

But it didn't stop there. After we had an accepted offer, Mike continued to keep an eye on the timeline and make sure that no documents nor signatures fell through the cracks. We will absolutely be doing business with Mike Cozby again.
